This studio exists to help athletes build stronger stories, attract more aligned partnerships, and create lasting relationships with the people who follow their careers, not just their results. We offer everything from community partnerships and content creation to social media management and brand strategy, and everything in between.

From the Founder
Hi! I’m Claire.
Meet @ 7 was born out of a love for the running community. When I moved to Brooklyn, I started running with a track club (s/o BKTC) who met at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Tuesdays. That group (including now creative director Amy Hollshwandner), gave me so much joy and creative empowerment. We kept meeting at 7 across Brooklyn, and we’re a tight crew to this day.
The name also connects to the sport itself: track meets often start at 7 p.m., and in cross-country, seven athletes typically travel. It’s also a quiet nod to my college mentor, Tyler Lafferty, whose first agency was called Seven2.
Meet @ 7 is a reflection of everything that’s shaped my work. Competitive running in high school and college, working at Oiselle and Bowerman Track Club, leading social strategy on big accounts at a creative agency, coaching, collaborating, and staying connected to the athlete community. An ode to the sport and work I love, and a promise that we will always meet our clients where they are.
